Firestone Alignment in El Cerrito or Oakland CA?

Has anyone in the East Bay gone to a local Firestone for alignment? I got my suspension on with JBA UCAs and I want the Firestone lifetime alignment, but not sure how good they are.

 

Was it stock suspension? I’m wondering if they’ll balk at the JBA arms

@Rujack I goto the one in Oakland they seem to do OK work but waiting or even getting them to work on it is only possible if you leave it in the early am. I've dropped the truck off with an online scheduled appointment before and they didn't get to it so had to bring it back. But that may be same at other places too. Never been to El Burrito location.

 

Good to know. I planned on waiting. Maybe I'll bump my appointment up to 7 am.

 

I'd just show up early. I think half the appointments never show so they overbook anyway. if you get there early they will take care of you.

I have a lifetime alignment at Firestone here in Brentwood. Seem to be fine to me (take it there every time after I go wheeling).

 

I work for a ATD and can vouch for the following Firestone.

Go to: Firestone - Mark Morris in Oakland (Broadway Street) ask for Alex. He’s a Tacoma owner he’ll hook you up with their best alignment tech and listen to exactly the type of number your looking for. Take my word I know about 90% of the tire shops in All North Bay this is a highly reputable Firestone.

 

I'm assuming you work out of the Richmond warehouse? I never seen any employees in the San Jose location with a Tacoma.... mostly f150's over there =X

 

We have three Tacoma's at our site. Yeah, them guys out there playing themselves lol ( They still super cool people )

 

Got my alignment done at Firestone in El Cerrito. It seems ok but I think it could be better. They said, "we can only do manufacture specs" Probably make an appointment for the Oakland location soon.

 

Just saw this, albeit months late.

That’s the one I went to and I think Alex, er, “helped” me. He was telling me about the Kings he was putting on his taco soon.

Boy did they screw my alignment up. Took it to Don’s on Gilman, brought the print out from JBA. They were extra very helpful and genuinely courteous. $95 and 45 min later my truck was on spec.

 

DAMN I've sent many people(from Oakland/Berkeley area) to him never heard anyone comeback with negative feedback. I've actually gotten an alignment at Don's before for my SS & I was beyond satisfy, also they're all great people.

 

I goto the Firestone in El Cerrito for alignments and never had a problem with them

 

I got my tacoma aligned there, twice, in the last 3 weeks. Truck is still pulling to the right, needless to say I'm not impressed. Oh yeah i have stock suspension...
