I like it, but if you did the plastidip could you remove the letters, so it would be like the negative version of getting the decals.

It’s more work, but it’s going to look sweet.

I have decals for the letters that closely match the paint so you can do a negative.

Guna keep the grill on my limited. Should my rims be matt black or have like a gun metal to somewhat match the grill?

It keeps stuff from moving around so well that sometimes it’s a pain to pull stuff out. It’s like it’s glued to the mat. Just happened to me last night after a Costco run.

I put on these 1" spacers and there is no Rubbing at all anymore. Very happy with the stance and look of the truck with this lift and these tires!

Could always buy a plastic razor blade and cut out the letters then there would be no impact on the body paint / clear coat

I know there is a dedicated thread for this, but finally got under the ‘18 to check the U Bolts...sure enough. 6/8 of them were under 30flbs. Brought em all up to 62 for good measure.

Did my first oil change the other day. I think I sold the wife on getting it lifted sooner than I’d planned. Getting my gourd under the truck while wheeling around on a creeper was just too unbearable and getting a floor jack would just take up so much room in the garage. She looked at me like I was an idiot, but I think it worked. E5A3411A-6E40-4790-9306-4C206474A9B4.jpg

 I like it when people think about things like this.

<edit> Backing up the seat plastic is probably a good idea. If one needs a cheap source of backing material, those re-usable shopping bags that grocery stores offer for a buck... They come with a sheet of somewhat soft plastic for the bottom that can be pretty easily cut and possibly even molded with a heat gun (I haven't tried this yet) to conform to curves. Just a thought...

All done in the last couple days:

Added a Bilstein 5100 lift with OME 888 and Daker AAL from HS (alignment by Big-O-Tires checked out perfectly.

DIY Raptor lights kit - only cost me ~20 bucks, all clean and nice.

30" LED Single Row Light Bar - Kinda wish I went with a double row.
