    Hey guys,

So once or twice in a 3 minute period my songs skip like a cd. I am using my iphone and I've tried both plugged in directly or through bluetooth and they are identical.

Anyone else having this issue or have solved it?

I all seriousness, you have a good connection? I'm on Android, but haven't experienced this.

Sorry, I meant data connection. I assume you're streaming.

Ah, it does it during streaming too, but generally it does it straight from the phone's memory.

Disconnect and reconnect if you're on bluetooth. Unplug and plug when using cord.

Seems to happen when the phone was disconnected (walked out of range of BT) and then reconnected while the music was still playing on the phone. (this is my scenario at least)

have you tried bluetoothing or direct connection to a set of speakers? Have you eliminated the phone as the issue? My Iphone has been screwed up lately.

Like said by siznarf, Disable your bluetooth on your phone, wait a couple second and put it back ON. Should work, happen to me many times

XM sucked, every time I went under an overpass it stopped for a second or two, this day in age, it should be like that.

XM sucks so bad I can’t believe anyone pays for it. In the three mile drive to my kids school it drops out 3 places all with clear sky.

yep, I have a 10 to 12 minute drive, it dropped frequently, and not in the same places every time either. I tried to have Yota look at my antenna, the service advisor stopped short of laughing at me, his face was like what to fuck is this dudes issue.

I get this when I'm listening to various old songs that I downloaded (not from iTunes). I think it's some sort of copyright protection.
