    Damn you got a place in HB . that’s cool as fuck being able to walk across the street to the ocean and just relax to the sound.. how bad is HOA in that part of town. Seems like they would be on top of everything

    HOA sucks donkey dick. I think it’s 350. At least there’s 2 pools and a tennis court? Lol. It’s a nice gated community though. HOAs in HB is pretty bad across the board though. Looked at about 10 different properties all had high fees. One place was 465 :crazy:
