That's sweet! Some really good footage. Just missed the part where my truck was used as a jungle gym at the high center hill. hah. Good work!

We were really messing with him.

It was running when we bought it. We just pulled a couple of plug wires and had it towed in for effect.

He figured it out pretty quick.

Oh I figured that. Paying homage to him teaching you and your brother that hard work and dedication gets you the things in life you want.

Love the stubby bob t-shirt @EatSleepTacos ! That one trail with the dips where ya'll were tripoding and bipoding there is a trail like that at URE called Dutch John but you are in a gully with 10ft walls going up a pretty decent climb. Open/Open I have to bomb up it there is no finessing like ya'll were doing. I'll try and get video of it this weekend as we are headed back out there then. My avatar is a pic from me going up that trail.

Thanks! I have a few of their shirts. And I'm open/open as well. I've done it before, and it was a real challenge. With the additional droop from my B110, it made it a whole lot easier.

Yeah I run Dutch pretty much as fast as I can also since your in a gully I can wall ride which makes it all the more interesting going from wall to wall definitely takes some nerves running that trail fast.

Great thanks! When the tires on it will be worn out it will be a good winter set without the spacers!

    I'm all caught up also!

I was chatting with a buddy about his Tacoma and a guy told him he would need a diff drop kit with his 886. Told him opinions vary a lot from people to others. Then I thought, my truck was already lifted when I bought it, is there a way to see if I have a diff drop?

Yeh, I thought I had footage of her climbing up and over your truck. But, I only had like the last two seconds of it.

Spacers above mounting brackets on front diff. Diff drops are never a good idea.

Ok, I'll bite, what's a better alternative? Why are they a bad idea? Sorry I'm seriously a newb and learning.

You just don't need them. Unless you are doing LT front lift with these trucks should be limited to 2.5-3inches. Differential drops cause more problems than they solve. Often these are confused with carrier bearing drops which can solve rear driveline vibrations issues accompanied by axle shims.

Oh yeah, I forgot about the lair for a minute  It's been a fairly quiet morning, aside from clicking a link to a truck site and having work flag it as porn. That was fun.
