Went to mainteince manager today to bitch about quality of our binder saws sharpening. we had a good conversation and he agreed and would get rite on it.I told him to say i came in bitchin and raising Hell , that i had a 35 yr reputation as an asshole to keep up he laughed and said he could do that!

 

Its just drama. and it all fell on one day. I'll be over it by this evening!

Grandson worked up enough courage to go for a bike ride with me.
It was awesome.. only went a mile. Then he went with his dad...
Big milestone in confidence.
So very proud.....

 

I can not believe tomorrow is Thursday already...

Just found this 50+ thread. New to TW as of a couple months ago when I picked up my new (to me) 2016 TRD OR AC MGM in preparation for retirement in 2 months (35 years of company vehicles comes to and end). Among other things, I plan to travel through northern Ontario with it full of my photo gear

Well, I guess her calling the ethics board backfired as the witnesses essentially said the same thing - she was the instigator of the problems. That combined with the unprofessional correspondence (emails), and not completing the required quality manual audit elements finally caught up to her.

So guess who called me on my cell phone this afternoon? Yup, it was her! She wanted to say goodby.
