So I tried removing the CB drop and it made the vibes worse, which I kind of expected. Then I put it back on and added a couple of 2 mm washers to the drop, which helped a little, but the vibes are still present. I also measured the angle of the driveshaft from the rear diff pinion and it appears to be angling up at ~7 degrees. Now I guess I need to research how much of a shim degree I will need to bring the angle back down closer to zero. I need to go find that thread that has all the wiz-bang math in it to figure it out. Thanks again for the suggestions.

So I went the other day to get a state inspection and the guy said he wouldn't pass me with my ditch lights. He was nice enough to give me the opportunity to take them off before he pulled it in the garage. He said if I had covers to snap on then it wouldn't be a problem. Anyone know where I can get some blacked out covers?

 

Just come get your inspection in Centreville. Tons of places here will pass you.

 

I ran into the same problem. What kind of ditch lights do you have? But like @boogie3478 said, you may have to shop around to find a shop that will do it without covers. I eventually found one.
