nothing like loading up all your glamping gear and heading to a private park with flush toilets and catered meals

not hating on Jambo or the location. it's a solid layout and very well run. Just seems silly to be a glamper in a state with zero public land.

I'll be at Jambo tomorrow.

 

That's nearly three times the cost of my Apex Nano and I have a Dometic 6 cuft fridge/freezer, a shower, a place to shit, and a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress.

This guy has around 5k into this including the 4WD donor vehicle and SAS.

Some of his parts came from Ujoint. You don't need to spend 50K on offroad camping.

You’d have no shortage of renters, but there would be an endless supply of dipshits. My neighborhood is wacky. Screamers, fighters, cops and domestic disputes, unintended acceleration, dog shit everywhere, beer bottles, weed (not that I'm anti safety but holy fuck dude at least try to do something other than smoke the dirtiest smelling skunk while retching on your front porch), opportunity thefts, ugh.

I'm hoping to move out closer to where @Man of Steel TRD lives, it's freakin nice out in Gilbert and the property isn't insane.

Our whole financial system is screwed 3 ways to Sunday, people carry shitloads of unsecured debt and it's all a game of hot potato, only the hot potato is a frag grenade.
