I know what you mean. This year with the weather being cold up until recently has delayed a lot of the work. Still a lot to do.
I'm in between jobs right now and didn't expect to be out of work so long so spending has had to be put on hold. It sucks trying to get ready but can't spend right now.

Yea I have gone overboard, but its what I want so meh.

    :spending:

The wife has told me stop the spending. Then when we are out wheeling on Sunday, I mount my phone in my RAM mount on my A Pillar so I can watch my transmission temps.

she says 'Where the fuck is mine, I have to hold this stupid tablet the entire time? What the actual fuck?' Puts the tablet away and stops playing with the navigation stuff.:angrygirl:

    lol

Hey no worries man. I went from being self employed general contractor to signing up with local 506 labour. I'm on a wait list and I should get called up soon. It's been messed up just waiting. I'm still doing the reno stuff on the side and have some small jobs that keep me busy. I'm waiting for the full time pay.

So although every American spec gets group 27 for tow . We get group 24.
So I need to upgrade both batteries now.

Rip wallet and I'm off work for at least another week too waiting for Vaughan hospital to start up :(

Honestly I know nothing about batteries and don’t care to know much. This is the diesel size battery the trucks come with. Direct swap. And the numbers dont lie, lot more juice with this one .

I am not sure whats up with TuRD gens, but my '15 has a 27F battery. I have both tow package and off road package.

Guy at cnd tire sold me a 24 even when I told him it was to small, had to take it all the way out side, and back in to exchange it to get the correct one.

    Americans get 24F as well.

It's a minivan engine, a corolla battery will crank it up. The new starter is more efficient as well, I don't see any issues with that choice of a battery.

If you plan on running lights, fridge and other things you need at least 31M and 27F is not going to cut it either or last long.

That's why you will need my 31M battery cage:boink:

2 battery setup will be next year, maybe. Can not buy more things.....must resist.:bananadead:

31M will be the 2nd battery, for running all the things on.

Is this because the 31m is deep cycle marine battery?

Im still questioning my battery choice. I guess the easiest research is to turn the fridge on and wait till the truck is dead.

You can get deep cycle in smaller package, it's just the bigger the better aka don't need to recharge longer.

your aux battery cannot be bigger than your main battery or else you run into charging issues.

Unless you're buying that high end CTEK smart charger.
