I am dry and happy now haha! Atleast it is warm outside

Subject change, i am talking with a friend about to install 886 and 5100 on his truck and wants to know if he has to set the billies to a certain notch to gain close to 3" lift? He also has a steel plate bumper

Put the billies on 0. That's what's recommend for any aftermarket coil. He should be awfully close to 3". If not, he can throw a 1/4" spacer on top to gain a little more height

Well I'm trading Joe my trail teams wheels for an aluminum IFS skid. But with the extra cash I'm going to have thanks to my ex, I'm deciding on a hc bumper or sliders next.

We will see what the Pocomoke dealership does to my truck first though. My frame swap starts monday. They are sticking me in a fucking Camry...

I'd vote sliders. I've hit my sliders way more than my HC. Unless you're not really into hard wheeling, because a HC (or standard bumper) with a swingout and table is the tits for camping.

I could go for the bumper now and just tape rubber strips to the side in the mean time. I'm taking a pretty demanding college course right now, so my wheeling time is going to be limited.

Yea but as a rule of thumb, I don't drive anything that sits me lower than I stand. And I'm probably going to hit a deer in it.

That would be pretty unlucky to hit a deer in that

I'm too stupid and lazy for college. I don't even know why I'm doing this. TA is a deal with the devil.

Last semester I took two essay heavy courses and fuck did I regret that. I have PTSD from stressing about finishing 3 papers a week by Sundays.
