Hi guys, I’m being asked this question by Michael Singer. I have a 2016 Tacoma TRD sport. It is the 3.5L with trailer pkg. I’m not at a position to take anything apart for a few days. Can anyone help?

    Thanks in advance!!

“I will need to confirm your plug code

if you can just send me a photo of the stock plug or confirm it is the 4 pin plug that is all i need to know (and not the 2 PIN LIN bus plug)”

I checked the status of mine and it's in pre-shipment. Which means he printed the label but hasn't shipped yet.

Mine took about a week to ship. I asked him why and he said that he still had to make it.

Remember everyone that you should to get a voltage meter inside the cab to make sure that you are getting the correct voltage (and to troubleshoot if issues arise). I'm going to run mine directly off the battery. Some people choose the amps.

I'm not sure if a scangauge will pick up the voltage after the plug has been connected (I don't think it will). Does anyone who placed an order have a scangauge to test?

Yes, my Ultragauge shows the new higher voltage.

Just checking, I just unplug the green plug from the alternator, add the harness, then plug the other side back in?

I got it. That was the correct procedure. Just was thrown off because one plug has 4 wires, and the other has 2.

I checked my scan gauge, and cold start was 14.6/7. My sPod said 15.1 but it's connected to the battery

The voltage reading on my battery with stage 1 is higher than what the ecu or cig lighter shows. Cold start this morning for me was 15.1, quickly drops to 14.3-4
