Join the club man. I had my permit in El Dorado County and when I moved to Marin I had to forfeit the permit itself. Sucked total ass walking in to the El Dorado County Sheriffs office and returning it. Especially after it took FOREVER to get it. Hope you get it soon man. It’s great being able to carry.

I always worried about people being able to see my printing or if I had to reach up for something at the store and expose my side. After about 4 months I started to realize people really didn’t have a clue what was going on and I sorta forgot all about it.

Not discounting injures like that. What I meant was I think the program was intended for people who were born with physical disabilities (e.g., cerebral palsy), people confined to a wheelchair or require forearm crutches, or people missing limbs. These people sometimes have difficulty finding jobs because of their disability, so the state has a program to help.

When my son was born i took only 3 days off.
They didnt have any of that back then, no FMLA, no edd paid crap, men go back to work while the laddy takes time off.
Why do men feel the need to get paid to stay home.
Men go to work and make the money.
I disagree with todays men taking months off on the state or governments dime. You sir did it right and planned it out so you could with out using welfare. Thats great that you could afford that.
I have seen many loosers just take the time cuase they can spong off the government.
FMLA is bullshit in many cases.

I should clarify for you. I used the benefit that I funded through every paycheck.

PFL is paid out out of the EDD. EDD is funded by our SDI (disability) deductions in our paychecks. So, I got some of my money back that I had already paid the state. And spending a month on leave with my son was a real eye-opener in many ways that I won't go into here. But it was invaluable and changed my perspective on many things. We don't have any stay-at-home mommies in our family.

    About Paid Family Leave
Paid Family Leave provides benefits to individuals who need to take time off work to care for a seriously ill child, parent, parent-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, sibling, spouse, or registered domestic partner. Benefits are also available to new parents who need time to bond with a new child entering their life either by birth, adoption, or foster care placement.

Right now, my 84 -year old dad has cognitive issues that are getting worse, and was just diagnosed with cancer. My childless but married sister is going to be retiring and moving from SoCal to be his full-time care provider in his home. She is also using this benefit that she has paid into for decades as she makes huge life changes to do this for him, and our family. It is a meager and short-lived benefit that helps people thought tough times with immediate family members when you might otherwise lose, or have to quit, your job outright.

So pass this loser welfare queen the crack pipe.

You read what i said wrong bro.
I said good for you planning and doing it right.
And those that use it for what its intended for thats great.
But the ones that abuse it as many do, fuck those guys. But if you feel the need to explain yourself and be a dick. Go suck a fat one.
Dont worry , im sure you will find someone to pick on about grammer and spelling.
That will make you feel like a bigger man.
But like i said we didnt have this snowflake BS back then. Suck it buttercup.
