Install the spacer. The coils from the factory compensate for the lean. It's noticeable if you don't do it.

Has anyone installed factory toyota oem bushings in the new EL095/96 Dakars springs all around? I had them in my old truck with the older style dakar leafs and never had one squeek... want to repeat that lol

You're better off installing the Energy Suspension poly bushings with the Dakar's instead of the factory rubbers. They're not the cause of the squeak, it's the leafs themselves. But speaking from experience the newer Dakar packs have been silent since OME started putting in the isolators and pads. My one piece of advice is to lube every component really well when installing and spray them down with some type of corrosion prevention lubricant when finished.

Anyone know a reason why my 885s only got me 1"? 5100s on 0 setting 1/4" spacer on drivers, DCLB, stock bumper and skids.

Hub to fender is 21.5" each side

And show us a pic of your measurement with a measuring tape so we can rule that out. 885's net more than that even after they settle.

I don’t know that you installed 885’s. Those are more like 883 measurements if your shocks are set at 0. Your pre-settled height should be north of 24” with 885’s. Where did you buy them?

Bought them from 4wheel parts a month or so ago. Box said 885x and so did the tag on the springs.

Well I’m stumped. I’m gonna take a look at my setup in the morning to compare.

Need a little help I've been running toytec coilovers for about 8 yrs and one just failed on the highway snapped right at the base. Not blaming the product they've preformed great over the years. I have a shrockworks bumper and a winch 285/76/16 bfg mudders. From what I understand I should be looking at 886s for the amount ove weight I have up front. if any one have a good suggestion for a set up I'm all ears gotta order up parts in the morning.

Your on track with the 886. You can either go 5100 or the OME struts/shocks whatever yoi wanna call them. I am running 886 with 5100 and like the ride. I dont have weight yet but thats about to change.

I dont have sliders or skids other than stock one. Only added weight up front is a light bar and bamf mount.

Im wondering if its not the coils. My coworker just installed 5100s a few weeks ago at 1.75 and is at 23" same truck but 3 years older. Mine at 1.75 was about 22"

If you bought them local, see if you can go back in and exchange. Something isn't right there.

Yeah im gonna go to 5100s at 2.5 tomorrow and see about trying new 885s. good thing 4wp is 5 min from my house. (Also that 885s and 5100s are the only parts i bought locally)

I emailed arb and they said they nees to be removed and measured to see if can warranty them.

Is it possible that my 5100s could somehow limit the lift i would get? I still have down travel so i know they are not bottoming out.

Hows the ride height and comfort so far with 6112 and 650# Eibach coil?
Still on notch 4 on both sides? And what tire size you running?

I dropped down to the 2nd notch a couple days after because it was WAY too high. The 2nd notch gave me about 2.25" of lift (which is what I was looking for) and the ride with the 650# springs is great for the weight I have up front. If I went with a steel front bumper I would have went with the 700# springs. I am currently running 265/70R17 Duratracs but will be switching to 255/80R17 in the next month or so.
