Footings poured, 16 yards for a 499sq foot single story, overkill

Retaining wall goes up tomorrow, then backfill and pour the slab.

No permits yet.

Only going to lose water for 4 hours Saturday. Not an issue.

It does have some good points but yeah getting household stuff done does get annoying at time. I can't seem to find a maid service for cheap that wears them outfits Course I would clean before they came out anyhow lol.

House is 1100, addition is 499. I like the size but we can't have guests. And one bathroom sucks and I wanted a laundry room.

And the wife wanted a walk-in closet

mine was old school. wore it on your belt with wires taped to your chest..not bad till that nurse DRY shaved my chest for the probes with one of them dollar general 5 for a dollar razors

 

Evening Everyone !!!

Just getting back from the car show , quite a few cars today possibly 60 cars and had a lot of fun bench racing

About 1730hrs there was a very scary incident involving (3) cars and a badly injured lady . There was a 50's Mercury Ledsled backing out of his parking space when his brakes failed

As he was backing out he hit a newer Chevy Impala .The driver of this Impala which is young lady and known by a lot of car show clubs gets out of her car to see the damage . Next thing you here is a blood curdling scream as she is now under the Ledsled behind the l/front tire


The driver of the Ledsled still not knowing what's going on with his brakes has now run over this young lady as his car rolled forward and drove over her !!! . With help with other car show participant's they get the injured lady out from under the car

Now the owner of the Ledsled is now trying to back out of the parking stall again and then trying to park in an adjacent parking space and again lost his brakes and hits a newer Toyota Tacoma access cab and puts a huge dent in it

This young lady's injuries looked severe with possible broken ribs and pelvis and her husband was trying to hold her in a way that she breathe without pain . finally Paramedics , Sheriff deputies and fire show up to render aid to her

When they loaded her onto the gurney she let out a loud scream and it got to a lot of car show participant's including myself , I hope she's okay !!
