I went to work 2 days after oldest was born.cause we had bills to pay. If I was smart I would've banked days and took a week..but I was only 22 yrs old..live and learn I guess

 

Fuck it, I used it when Izzy was born. Got to stay home and enjoy the lil guy for 12 weeks. I been working since the age of 15. I deserved a little break. haha. Then the wifey did that surrogacy, and the state allowed me more time off. I did take advantage of that. It was nice taking and picking up my little guy from school while she recovered. No shame in my game

Same here. I was young didn't have the time banked was in new in my job so couldnt tske the time if they even offered it.
Thats great that in todays world, guys can take that time and be protected. Although im glad i didnt wait for that cuase being old and raising kids would make me a raging dick.
