    Trying to expand my horizons...

    Cherry Street Brewery Steppin’ Razor - Double dry-hopped IPA. Supposedly one of the better of this style coming out of Georgia. Simcoe, mosaic, and citra hops. 8% abv and 50 IBU. Hoppy, but not super bitter. Has a sweet citrusy flavor to it. It’s no bourbon barrel aged chocolatey stout goodness, but I’m digging it!

    I like this beer.

    Definitely Belgian with a sharp boozy bite. I get a fair amount of orange and a nice light bit of honey in the long finish.

    I might have to age a couple just for kicks.


    BTW.... I think my house is about to blow down. Good god, everything is creaking
