    I emailed Toyota from the myentune site. A guy called me about the issue and seemed unaware of the pandora issue.

    He said he’s going to escalate and call me tomorrow.

    I’m impressed by the turnaround response but not by the lack of knowledge about the issue.

    Using iheartradio right now and it’s working fine.

    Yep, same here. Pandora has given me an "invalid login" message since last night.

    I haven't gone through the rest of the thread yet, but all of my other apps that require a bluetooth phone hookup seem to work just fine.

    Thanks TONS, OP - this save me a TON of time researching it on my own! :thumbsup:

    Just signed up on this forum to say this:

    The Entune app has been the bain of my existence for several years now. The number of times I’ve had to stop my engine at a stoplight to reboot to the number of times I’ve had to reload the app is ridiculous.

    Did it again today thinking it would solve problem but no. Thankfully I found this forum before I drive over my iPhone as I crash my 4Runner into a brick wall.

    In short, figure it out Toyota. Or find a third party to do this for you.

    You don’t have to shut down your engine to reboot the audio unit. Just press the volume button for a few seconds and it’ll reboot.

    Bottom line is they could have sent a message like they do when a new software update is available and failed to do so.

    Just pisses me off going through all the motions of changing passwords, rebooting, etc...

    I found an easier fix than a reboot.

    Entune's bluetooth sucks some major a**, so all I do is restart bluetooth on my phone so Entune can pick up the new connection. This fixes those "insufficient connectivity" issues, if that's what you're getting.

    Yes that works too but I think the recent episode has to do with code and Pandora specifically.

    Yep, it does. I'm experiencing the current issues with Pandora myself.

    I was just trying to help with other connectivity issues that can come up periodically.

    Good to hear/know. I will attempt again at lunch. Hopefully it is resolved.

    As for the insufficient connectivity errors. It is very easy to reboot entune while driving by holding the volume button. if/when that fails I disconnect and reconnect through the app while stopped at a light. That typically resolves the issue if rebooting the HU does not.

    An Entune complaint is that the app has a nice big "Disconnect" button on the screen, but you have to go to settings and go to "connect to vehicle" in the text menu to connect. Kinda seems back-ass-wards.

    Just got back to the office with lunch in hand, I can confirm that Entune is now playing "nice" with Pandora.

    Disclaimer: I did also run updates on my phone last night and both Pandora and Entune had updates available. This is MY experience, YMMV. ;)
