Benford Brewing Presents TW "Smoked Meat"

Subbed for the possibility of making a trip to that part of the country!

 

If we're doing a half a hog it's probably way overkill for everyone to be smoking meat, too. Just IMO, but at that point I would probably leave my smoker behind and bring sides, drinks, and/or desserts instead.

 

Are ya doin an in ground hog roast or above ground hog roast?

 

Above ground on a propane cooker with a smoke box. Only ever did a in ground once we don't have the best soil for that around these parts.

 

Just curious what "throwing in on pat" means in the google sign up sheet?

If there are enough folks to make it worth while I'll be dragging a pig cooker down and at least half a hog!

Has everyone updated the spreadsheet on the first page? @ovrlndkull needs to know so he can get started on that HOG! AKA Pat for all of those wondering.

 

Oh......and what does the final design look like? Logo placement and size on the front and back of the shirt? And material.......is it soft and awesomesauce.....or is it stiff and cotton, and will shrink two sizes in the wash and dryer. All legitimate questions IMO.
