I did it back near the end of Jan/beginning of Feb. and it’s holding up well. If you follow the steps on here and take your time, it turns out great. I sealed mine with I believe the 3m windoweld and then a thin layer of silicone afterwards just for the extra insurance. No leaks or moisture build up through 3-4 car washes and the rain.

The same shit everyone else has.
Vac'd the interior. Scrubbed the carpets. Scrubbed the floor mats. Wiped everything down with 303.

Added additional LED lighting to the headliner -

Added more lighting to the my shell. Ran a strip across the bottom of the rear glass to light the tailgate -

Love this! You by chance got a write up on the rear cab lights? & what light did you use?

Ive tried it all. 303 Multi Surface worked the best to clean it. Then 303 Fabric Guard to re-waterproof it and bring the color back. Used a foam roller and brush to apply it.

I had the same thought process. I went with the newly released Kenwood DMX905S with wireless Carplay. Come to find out that the wireless function only works with the current Google phones and not the Samsung phones.. At least not for awhile until there's software update.. I like the ODB interface capability to display some basic functions...specifically the tire pressures. Other than that was liking the fact that I can utilize Waze on the screen instead of cradling the phone. Only downside is the fact that the screen resolution on the Kenwood deck is not nearly as clear as the phone...lol Guess it's a tradeoff..:burp: Oh yeah...f'ing finger prints after the install...

years ago while owning jeeps I spoke to Best top..they suggested Dawn dish soap and a soft brush like a shoe brush for salt removal (friggin winter salt)...worked really well..a little scrubbing had to do it a couple times but top came out really clean..no trace of the salt...questioned the guy at BT why he didn't recommend their kit...he told me this works well and is better for the top...

Picked up some used wheels from an awesome shop near my place, can't wait to get them mounted! Probably going to try fitting some TRD center caps on these babies :p

A lot of highway driving, I don't use my brakes as much as most, and I don't hit the brakes hard, unless I have to.

That's an AWESOME idea! My little dome light puts off some decent light out the back (after switching to LED) but that light strip is a great idea
