I would only ever surf it if it was a totally mushy, flat, shitty day out, and there is less than 3 people in the same vicinity as me. I hate the damn SUPers on crowded days. I always want to flip their board as they paddle by me

    I'm so down. Next week?

    Ah the dick draggers....

Go with a good single fin log. Paddle that guy on flat days

I've decided no more weekend dawn patrols unless it's really good, just cause I hate the crowds.

Can't during the week, but weekend, for sure. Hoping to close and start moving in in about 3 weeks, and then I'll be able to do weekday surfs
I'm not sure if I want a true longboard. Thinking more along the lines of a funboard really. Would like something 7-8' max.
Unfortunately I can only do weekends normally, but I don't dawn patrol. I'll wait for the tides to drop. Definitely still a bit crowded but the last couple times I've gone out with a buddy we've been able to get a peak to ourselves and just score

Are we talking a board for Indonesia or an indo balance board?

I'm sure I already know the answer....

Haha I wish it was a board for Indonesia! Alas it’s the balance board. Figure I could use some extra balance training.

I got the “training package” as it was on sale. It has the regular roller and then like a bosu ball type thing as well. Forget what they call it. But I definitely need to get my balance back up. Get the wobbles all the time lately hah

Damn just took a look at the forecast and it dropped again. Started out 4-5, yesterday it was 2-3, now it’s a 1-2 with no swell until next Thursday

Welcome to the thread! I live down in PB. Mainly surf PB/Tourmaline cuz they're close but when I go to Blacks it's an absolute blast. It can be pretty unforgiving though

Beach break but holds open. Not dumpy.
    When it’s bigger it barrels.

There are so many good waves in San Diego area. Wish I lived down there.
