If your wanting a higher end bike but starting out I would really consider used. Use websites like pink bike tons of phenomenal bikes out there for the price.

Ya it’s not the same trail, the top of what I’m talking about is way up above exit 38 at the end of nfd 9021 right before the road has a rockslide and blocks further vehicle access but on the way out to the ridge you have to drive thru mine creek,I’ll leolly hike up from the bottom before I just send it as I’m not sure if it’s a hike only trail.

It’s a fun drive but pretty long for how short the downhill is but it reminded me of the glacier 8 mile trail from the top

I had a similar conundrum last week. The truck won out...

Crazy to think a bike shock and these aren't that much apart in cost.

I do want to put a coil on my Bronson though.

Thanks for sharing this is awesome. Its been about 10 years since I've last raced. What bike are you running, I have a 2011 250xcW looks like you might be running something similar?

Yea it was pretty rad! Wish I had more time I only rode 3 days, and didn't do any trail stuff with the taco... We had a total of 5 rigs come through, not a bad convoy, not pictured behind me was a sprinter van. IMG_5753.jpg

We had Fort Tacoma as well! We almost kicked out our friend Jeff in his hyundai to the other side of the road.
