    So I tried to learn guitar quite a few years ago. Never had the patience, or time, tried during college, not my best choice... Anyways, I'd like to try and learn again as I have a lot of free time. You got any recommendations on a beginner guitar to learn on? Acoustic of course.

    Absolutely, I would suggest the "Affinity" series from Fender/squire.
    Most pref would be early series.
