    Installing my stuff right now. Almost have everything back in. Only problem I ran into is the passengerside shroud mount didn’t line up right with the rad. I just cranked it in there, but it was definitely not going in straight. I was beyond the point of return. Also just broke the lower radiator hose clamp trying to slide it over the lip on the bottom of the rad. :pout:

    Tacoma shroud or FJ?
    If it was the Tacoma shroud I have pics on the first post of how I re-drilled the upper shroud holes.
    Was is the stock clamp? They are spring loaded, dont know how it would break?

    Fj shroud, sorry forgot to mention.
    So you know how there is two prongs on the clamp. It was stuck on the lip of the rad and when i tried to squeeze them one end went snap. I just out a hose clamp on the side closer to the rad of it since I couldn’t get it off.

    Just took it for a test drive. I can tell I am really going to like this radiator :D

    Bled the cooling system for 30 mins. I will add some trans fluid tomorrow maybe. It drives fine and I didn’t lose too much. I figure it wouldn’t hurt to top it off still.
    I added the weather stripping to all 4 sides. The top piece I could double up on or place lower, but everywhere else fits snug.

    As far as the trans hard line brackets, I could not bend the brackets by hand. I just grabbed the hard line and pulled them down a smidge. Easy enough.

    Thanks again to John and Dwayne for doing the leg work on making this install as easy as possible!

    Yeah, I think my set of pliers may have been a little overkill. Especially since I managed to break it :p

    As far as the shroud bolt goes, I think all the long distance shipping it went through got the best of that one mount. No biggie tho I made it work. 10/10 would do again.
