    Oem non supercharged trucks from the factory come with one bank NGK and the other bank denso. Same coldness plugs Toyota just seems to split the manufacturing demand between the two I believe

    I haven’t swapped them in but it seems like a lot of people do switch to the 24s. I haven’t read any horror stories on doin it either.

    If you dont know how many miles are on your plugs it's not a bad idea to change them so you have a reference point. The
    $9 IKH22 Iridium Power Spark Plug, (Pack of 1)
    IKH22's are fine for stock and mild mods. When you start going smaller than 2.85, headers, etc, then go to the 24s. If you plan on staying with your 2.85 I suggest staying with the same IKH22's.

    It’s the 30-40LE I believe. Either way, it’s a A340 series which is why I was wondering if some of the internals were similar. I can’t find too much on it. I’m not looking for the whole swap just some internals.
