Alright doll-face, c'mon and bore me!
Just got mine yesterday. What I thought was interesting was the detailed installation instructions make no mention that you're supposed to oil it before installing it.

Added standard size RokBlokz mudflaps to the truck within the last day. Images aren’t the best but they provide much more protection than the OEM mudflaps. I running K02’s size 265/75-16 on OEM OR rims and when I recently added 1” BORA spacers I had front tire(s) rub and the RokBlokz solved that issue and provide more protection all around:

Woops, my bad. Yes, it's pre-oiled. Guess I was expecting K&N red oil.

Did you have to get a different battery tray? The one in my sport just fits the little OEM battery which a pitiful 24!

Ok, is that just the tie down, or does it come with tray and all?

Removed all the chrome emblems, then washed, sealed with Opti-Seal, did the grille, fenders, and other trim with C4, THEN went to mow the lawn, and just before I fired up the mower I realized my stupid rookie mistake of detailing the truck first...DOH!!

Oh well, the first mow of the season will just have to wait a few days, lol

No just park it down the street and do the yard. Then pull the clean truck back into the clean yard.

Decided its a good time to replace wiper blades on the Taco and the wifes 16 Escape. Both have 18k miles. So while I was at it I figured I would service the battery in the Escape which is hidden under the cowl assembly. I could only see the positive cable without removing the wipers and cowl assembly. Had to remove a cover to see this. I told her to take this junk to get some warranty repairs done on it. I have never seen such a mess in my 40+ years of working on cars. Half the cable connector fell off in my hand. What do you think.

Did the OEM Subarau x Kicker tweeter upgrade. Took about 15 minutes to install. Sounds great. Got it for $85.97 from BAM Wholesale (look up part number# H631SFJ101). Use code FACE5 to get the 5% off.
