I saw a blue access cab taco around noon on highway 55. It had temporary tags that expired 5 months ago. Would that happen to be anyone in here? I’m wondering how many tickets that guy has.

I saw one with temps from 3/2017 a month or two ago, blows me away that people get away with it. Meanwhile I’m shitting my pants for not having a front plate installed lol

Unfortunately, it is a chronic problem in the St. Louis area and possibly state wide. If you ever listen to Charlie Brennan on KMOX, this is one of his pet peeves and he goes on and on about it. Aside from being an unregistered vehicle, I would bet they also aren't carrying any insurance so stay clear.

When I went on a ride-along, we found plates that expired in 2010. Unfortunately it was in a private parking lot and the guy saw us scoping out his car so he didn't dare drive it on the public road while we were watching.

Thanks @G.T. @MO Tacoma and @HIYota thanks again for all your help. Took us the enitre day and we hit a couple snags along the way, but I couldn't be happier with the result. I like the stance of the truck much better now. The top image is how it sits currently and the bottom two are on stock suspension.

Was an absolute pleasure to help you get it all sorted. Looking forward to hearing about your trip and your impressions on the upgrade. Hope you have a great time.

Ha, after about ten minutes of screwing with that bolt either @HIYota or I mentioned that “If Chris were here he’d have chopped that thing out by now.”

    In other news...

While we were in the shop yesterday I had the dog out with us and after awhile she got bored and started doing dog stuff around the yard. Turns out she wanted to go back into the house and went to the front door that she usually goes in and out of. Looks like she got impatient waiting for someone to answer which explains why she was so apologetic when she finally made her way back into the shop.

I need to do my camper trailer tags as they expired December 2017. I’ll wait until I know we are getting ready to take it out again.

It was cold when I got my sticker so I tossed it in the glove box waiting for better weather then I forgot about it. And keep forgetting about it until I'm away from my truck. LOL
