I agree Brian ! The one guy rolled in while I was in the parking lot and he had to come in on a weird angle and very slow.

I just enjoy the look. I guess because I've always been a modder I like anything anyone puts time into to be different.

That's why I enjoy this forum so much and why I'll never be too old!

    Windshield strip looks good.

Lowriders like that are a theft deterrent. The thieves can't drive away with their cars!

Although I joke, I knew a guy in college who did that on purpose. He'd park the car and drop the air bag suspension so that the frame was on the asphalt. Thieves couldn't get a jack under the car to get his wheels (let alone pull it onto a tow truck).

    Vehicle:
    2017 Tacoma OR 4x4 (formerly 2002 OR 4x4, 1995 4x4 4Runner, 1985 4x4 Toy PU) ... and RIP’s (rust in pieces) to a Bronco II 4x4 & S10 Blazer 4x4
Reroute with flange - also welded two nuts on the pipe to mount a piece of stock aluminum to it as a heat shield between the pipe and plastic transmission box, too. I used aluminum flashing and stainless steel ties to extend the OEM pie tin heat shields for above the new pipe, and mounted it with spacers against the body directly above the new pipe, and added a flashing shield around the plastic transmission box for extra measure.

Now that the heat shields are in place, I have two more Mobtown skid plates to install to complete the three piece set.

I know what the shields looks like, so look at the skids instead after they are installed:bananadance:
