I spar urathaned the shit out of it. Better than buying marine ply at $120 a sheet in my area.

Spar urethane. Commonly used in marine applications. Great for wood exposed to lots of moisture.

I can't speak for trailbutter, but what I've done is get a 4x8 sheet of finished plywood, cut it to fit the wheelwells. Then slather it with spar varnish. Looks good, durable.

The extra two foot from the 4x8 I put it onto the tailgate. Looked pretty good and was a nice surface to sit on or coleman stove and lantern

No more vibration, as far as overall ride, not bad, still can pick up speed decently as well as stop, really can't complain as far as overall handling.

I don't have instagram and didn't take the pictures but here it is...

Looking forward to using it, wasn't cheap by any means at least to me, but really the best option for me given what I'll use it for.

Was looking at this little 4x6 trailer. https://denver.craigslist.org/search/sss?query=6573784911&sort=rel

Seems usable in some way, only 275lbs empty, looks waterproof, clamshell roof opening. Picture makes it look small but it's 4x6, not much roof room. I keep thinking I can use that thing somehow. Torsion suspension, 4-pin, LED lights inside and out, 500lb cargo capacity.
