I think the biggest issue with the head shots is that they aren't being called at the time. Im glad the NHL responded, but I don't think the guy deserved three games. I would have much rather seen a penalty at the time of the hits. Could have been a different outcome in both games.

Also they are very inconsistent in their rulings. Subban with clear intent in a head shot punched MacKinnon in the back of the head, not even reviewed...
