Did I ever ask you if you still have those leafs? Kinda hoping you do and that you’d be willing to get them back up this way so I can try something.

That’s a beautiful truck! I’m hoping to find one in that color.

Thanks! I really like the MGM color. It takes wax really well and looks great when I clean it up. I gave it a waterless wash this afternoon.

I picked this tool box up at lowe’s today at a huge discount. Apparently they are getting rid of their current tool box models because most of them are on clearance (at least at the Kirkwood location) Since the bottom right drawers are locked and they didn’t have the key, they reduced the price to $250 for the bottom box and discounted the top box to $175. If I can’t get a key from Kobalt I’ll drill the lock out and replace it.

I know it’s not top of the line quality but I like the soft close drawers and this thing is huge.

It beats tossing everything into a cardboard box.

Check the lock faces as they may be numbered. If so your local locksmith may already have the keys.

I have a very similar version to that, and I love it. Big upgrade over my old smaller boxes.

I just want to make sure I cover myself before bringing all the parts over to lift it since I've pieced together a lift.
Got a good deal on some used King fronts so I had to continue with that theme

    Front
King front coilovers w/ 600 lb springs
    650lb springs from King
Mounts and hardware for front resivoirs
    Sway bar relocation kit
    Camburg uniball UCAs

    Rear
    Rear Kings brand new
    Rear AAL

I do have a front bumper to install also which is the reasoning behind the 650s

Anything else I'm forgetting? For right now I'm okay with just 2" in the front and 1.5" in the rear until I need to fit bigger tires. I'll run my 31s until they die.

You may want to think about getting extended brake lines for the rear. Also consider doing the ECGS clamshell bushing if you havent already

Now accepting monetary donations for mods!
My raffle ticket was 1 frickin number off for one yesterday.

Any suggestions for paint on an aluminum skid?
Picked up a pelfrey built mid skid super cheap from one of the TAC guys who won it in the raffle last night... a stubborn Texan with a 4runner wouldnt sell me the front skid prize at a good price :(

Looks like I'll be sticking with pelfrey for skid upgrade armor now. If anyone sees used ones for sale around.

The only thing I don't see is ubolts and center spring bolt.

Nows a good time if you ever wanted to do the unbolt flip kit. I didn't need extended bake lines in the rear till I got the Dakar leaf pack and longer shocks. You should be ok for now.

I went with the Icon AAL kit for now which has the longer ubolts and center bolt.

I'll look into the ECGS kit.

At this rate, it will take me two days at G.T.'s to install everything

@Rilla If we set it as a mission to get it done, it's easily done in one day. Just don't let @HIYota work on the rears. I hear he takes a long time.
