Showing my age but here’s my ticket from the first time I saw them. The Power Windows tour, 3 yrs before my son was born. One of my favorite days was taking my son to see the R40 tour!41B31D22-AF16-43CC-AF89-5AEA800F7B16.jpg

Long but productive day yesterday. Installed the following:

Cobra 29LX CB radio w/ Road King 56 mic and Wilson Trucker 2000 on a Cali Raised bed accessory mount.
Putco Blade LED light bar 48" (damn that thing is bright and cool)
    Owl Car Cam
IMPORTequipment Tacoma & V6 emblem overlay in matte black
Toyota tailgate handle overlay in Silver Sky
    Westin Bull bar in black
    FloGrown front plate - stars-n-stripes

I may edit to add pics later but most of this has been done already. Just making it my own and prepping it for a long road trip.

How are you doing with all the recent volcanic activity? I know you said that you were some distance away but the news reports I've heard say that it's getting much worse. Hope you and your family fare well and the the activity declines soon for all the folks on the island. Stay safe!

    Sounds like your prepped! Good!
Glad your survived Fallujah.....worked with a former Marine (back seater in a F4 Vietnam) and his son was in the Marines, also in Fallujah....he also survived of sorts and pretty sure he was doing the same as you in a Hummer.....his last name was Crawford. Had some pretty horrific stories.
    Thanks for your service!
    Be safe!

Edit, just saw this with lots of pics. Maybe being a former Marine with all hell breaking loose around you it’s like, eeeeh, no big deal, I’ve seen worse. ; )
    Pretty wicked!

Glad you're all safe and that you have a bug out plan.
I'd also like to thank you on behalf of my family as well as myself for your service. Hope you came back home ok.
Nothing at all wrong with believing! I believe!! But for the grace of God I could have departed this earth at least a half dozen times in my life. I think that I'll be brought back to life a 2nd time just so I get it right the next time around. :anonymous:
That said, God Bless you, your family, all our servicemen and women and God Bless America!

Pretty common occurrence on Fords. Back when I was wrenching at the Ford house I would see batteries like that all of the time, so often I would keep a bottle of coke and box of baking soda on my toolbox. It would get so bad that it would eat up the harness. I would spray some battery terminal spray on there after you get it cleaned up. Good to go

I was looking at the Subaru pressure washer at Costco (Canada) the other day. Had an electric Simoniz and found it to be P.O.S. You are happy with the Subaru? How long have you had it? Does it see much use? I expect mine would sit a fair bit between truck washings.

I know I'm probably the odd man out on this one, but I kind of like the V6 badge, but it's probably because I just upgraded from a 4 banger and I'm proud of my 3.5. I'm really enjoying this new truck and the added power. Again, probably alone on this, but I kind of like the chrome bumper caps! I'm not a chrome fan, but for some reason those caps just dont bother me. Im not sure I'd like them better black, but I am definitely going to black out all the badges.

26575R16 Toyo ATs . Stock rims. It's about right I think. Didn't want it dead level. No good when I'm towing the boat and gear or anything for that matter.

I'm with you on the V6 badge just not keen on the chrome bumper. All a matter of personal preference. Wouldn't be much fun if we were all the same.
Actually not even a fan of the whole bumper. Had a step bumper on my 2011 and really miss something that was actually functional. Eventually the 3rd gen bumper will go and be replaced with something more practical for my needs. But since I have champagne tastes on a beer budget that will have to wait for a while.
At any rate it's all about what you like personally that matters so mod on, have fun and enjoy your Tacoma the way you like it!:thumbsup:

Who knows, maybe someone texting and driving is gonna hit my bumper and I'll be forced to go to a steel one ;)
