I used to use them for the lifetime alignment but then Sullivan has it also and I have a buddy that works for them

Exact reason I follow my buddy from Sullivan to Sullivan. He is a manager or assistant manager depending on the store and schedule. He always grabs a good tech that cares to handle my stuff. I also bring him my work van

I love my new truck but miss my Tacoma
We just got home from camping with the Scouts from this weekend. We had a great tine with the chuckwagen and all but oh man did it get windy! To say I didn't sleep very well in the tent was an understatement

Yep. Mostly because of the tire balancing issue... And a small thing with the alignment. Guess it depends on the people that work there I think.

Yeah, I looked at the reviews. Waterbury is a star higher than Brookfield. To be honest, it's a crapshoot wherever you go. Many moons ago, I used to work at a used car dealership as a mechanic. There was always happy and unhappy customers. I'm figuring the lifetime alignment fee would save in the long haul. Last year's was 95.00 - another one and I'm at the same cost as Firestone.

$95 for an alignment? Jeez. Thankfully I have a friend with a commercial account and I'm good friends with the assistant manager at the place I go, so it's $40 per time

There's a local tire place here that charges $60. But, I found out if I bring a dozen donuts for them, they charge me $50 instead.

The guy my mom and sister go to for repairs that I don't have the skills or patience for just died. They liked him--he always remembered them by name when they came in and his pricing was always very fair. Plus his shop was only 10 minutes away.

Sullivan Tire in Seabrook, NH does good work, I find. And they’re right next to a cigar lounge and a coffee shop, which makes for a dandy waiting room experience.

The thing about Firestone that makes me laugh is the volume you get of “issues” with your vehicle and it usually totals $4,000-5,000. They have to just use the mileage and assume everything at that point is worn out.
