    So far I they highest temp I have recorded at the reservoir is 140*, and that is with engine coolant temp at 201*, 92* ambient air temp. That was on a 45 minute highway trip. My normal 2 hour weekend commute has not seen temps above 120*, but ambient has been lower at those times. Still have to pull a long hill while boosted to see what happens.
    I wasn't really looking for more capacity but rather wanted a fix for the leaking hose connections.

    High flow cats should fit on either side of the trans or transfer case, in the straight sections.

    Dang, I thought my low 11’s were rich pushing 7psi (200 ft MSL, 65*F). I will disregard my initial thought haha

    Are you telling me, the UCON will trick a smog test? And I can actually get LT Headers and URD y-pipe and still pass inspection? (Minus sniff test of course)????

    I tried a cherry bomb on my truck. For about 10 minutes...

    Right @stairgod ?

    I have long tubes and no cats. I also have the URD cat back. The only reason I tried the Cherry Bomb was due to clearance.

    I had to turn the big oval Magnaflow 90* so it wouldn’t interfere with my Mohawk Fab traction bar. That left the muffler hanging down a bit.

    The Cherrybomb with no cats was ridiculously obnoxious though. I put the Magnaflow back on. Somehow, I’ve managed to not bash it on a rock so far.

    I gave him a hard time about the reservoir too and, he took it like a champ. I don’t remember @ThomasMore66 ever throwing expletives around in defense of it.

    Like @Roostfactor said I was running no cats before.

    The URD headers have bungs down at the end where the y-pipe bolts up. URD sells extension harnesses the lengthen the stock wiring for those.

    Then, in the Y-Pipe there are bungs for the rear O2 sensors. No wiring extensions needed.

    I never had O2 sims because the UCON handles those duties to keep the ECU happy.

    Yes, the UCON could fix it. As it basically always is in Closed Loop. Thus it will always strive to maintain the proper AFR for the conditions.

    AFR's being correct, a high flow cat will last a lot longer. Look for the differences between the ones sold by Vibrant and Magnaflow. They go by liter size and OBD compatibility. Get the ones which best fit your needs. Keeping in mind of the increased flow due to the s/c.

    So the Ucon doesn't tune for open loop at all? Well shoot, because in closed loop it does good. It is just when I mash the gas and go like hell. Lol and when I am towing it is in open loop alot. Another question about the Ucon, can it be programmed to lock up the torque converter full time in 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th gear?

    Yes, there is an emissions inspection, which requires a catalytic converter. If they don’t look (which most don’t) it passes. I passed last time no problem, but I’d rather be legal.

    The catalytic converter helps tame the sound and the smell of the exhaust as well, which are bonuses.

    The UCON always runs in closed loop even at WOT so there is no need to tune for open loop.
