Does anybody have experience swapping from a 05-10 gauge cluster to a 11-15 cluster, I'm in the process of swapping but need some help with repinning the connector for the newer cluster. Any information would be greatly appreciated!20180102_120937.jpg 20180102_121513.jpg

If you want a different look, just get a new custom face from blackcatcustom.com

Haha I was literally going to post the link for them! I need to give them a call as I want to change up my dash a little bit to something more unique.

Did you ever figure this out?
I put a cluster from a 2014 in my 2007 and it only lit up and showed the gears and 4x4 stuff. It did plug and bolt right in tho

Can the faces be swapped? That seems easier to me than moving wires around in the connector.

After looking at those 2 pics again, i see they've changed the display a bit.
I guess the connector needs pins moved around.

My 2011 had the newer gauges, but earlier 2011s did not. I don't know if they had a variation of the cluster that worked with the older connector, or if the connector in the truck was also the 2012-2015 style. It'd be worth looking into.

Nope, you're saying that because the headlights on indicator is in a different place but it worked when I plugged it in.

Repinning the connector (even if required and it probably isn't) alone won't make the swap work

I looked into this years ago and I believe most of the warning lights had been moved around. It might be possible just by repping those.

I ended up just soldering in new LEDs per Jerez's write up.

I just spent an hour looking into this.
Swapping one wire will get the fuel level to show properly but 2015 has Speed coming in on CAN and 2005 has the speed wire coming straight in.
Skid Control, Airbag, and Coolant Temp wiring coming straight into the cluster on 2005, on CAN in 2015.

Safe to say it's not possible.

Whats the point in any of this, the 2015 cluster looks no better than the 2006.
