^Why was the Black Lake Loop not fun? Water too deep? Too many pinstripes?
This is the same drop? Yea it looked worse in person:

Did you lose the flare extension on your front bumper on this trip or earlier?

Yep that is the same place.

Black lake loop is a 4 wheeler trail as far as I could observe. We went at it from both ends, one entrance is right at the bottom of that video. The beach entrance had trailers packed in it and jeepers, we really did not go far in from that direction because someone had a large rope strung across the trail, I was not impressed and just turned around yelling much vulgarities.

I took the front bumper flare thingies off, just been to cold still to get the vinyl out and cover the holes.

I think you might have missed the loop trail and went too close to the lake. I did that last year. Then when I found the trail, came upon some deep water. I was on my own, so turned around...

We were following the GPS track @Joe23 gave us, we did do the north trail as well. So we thought we were on the right track. Sometimes its hard to tell there are so many in Ardbeg.

I don't remember any of those on a black loop, did you guys had to wiggle around tight trees in the mud? All black loop trail is covered in trees on both sides. So you might have taken some different path.

Anyone going to the meet tomorrow interested in a 6' cap? I have one Speedway blue, currently covered in plastidip that I'll let go for $500.
I can bring it to the meet.

yep, just tuck tape, so the slimy bastards don't get away.. Im generally, kind of, a peaceful guy, but they can die a long slow death, I'm cool with it.
thank god for short hair dogs.. my dog and I are up to 9 this season.. I'm already screwed, but lyme isn't something I'd wish on anybodies dog.. Expensive and debilitating, especially in Canada, where we're still deciding if it's a real thing... smh..

My uncle's dogs are vaccinated for it. And my uncle had it . Fucking terrible .

Definitely need to be careful that's why I'm planning on going down to the States to get that spray for clothes

The VWs Jeeps and pickups/two camper trailers were all part of group I was up with. Trails were all a bit too deep/water too cold for me to delvege through on the bike this time but did a bunch of exploring were I could and just played by beach. That sandy washed out area by the climbing vid of you and the ZR2 damn near killed me on the bike lol. That other vid is a area I know very well (by the first bridge on the south trial). Amazed at what the these trucks can do.

Last night I rode shot gun in my buddies Jeep (the bright orange one) and we went down the south trail and did some climbs and such. First time doing any real kinda crawling. I gotta say that shit scared the crap outa me. I MUCH prefer sticking to my bike even the ATV I find more nerve racking. The bike just point and go it’s great :)
