    Maybe pull on a split piece of garden hose (or similar) and then zip tie the garden hose to the brake cable casing.

    OEM Stand-off plus a piece of split loom protecting the cable. Don’t remember why I did the split loom, but I did it 2 years ago. Maybe rubbing somewhere?

    That's a great idea! I was trying to rotate my tires after a run and the zip ties were the quickest solution I could come up with lol

    Works pretty good although it smacks the shit out of things when Im rolling around with it on. I need to make another hole in my bracket to handle the swing of that thing more. No regrets though.

    I think the boneheads at Toyota just didn't re-attach the parking brake cable stand-off when they replaced your frame.
