    One of my biggest concerns is that my truck's frame is more likely to be damaged in the event of an accident...

    There is a potential of that happening but that will happen with any aftermarket play bumper. Hit hard enough and the bumper will potential he mess up the frame but it will take quite a hit for that to happen

    I don't anticipate getting into an accident that severe, if at all. Also, do I have to worry about ground clearance with one of your front bumpers since my truck is a 5-lug at stock suspension height?

    I think it might be a slightly higher chance with the front. But the rear I don't think would be much different than getting in an accident with a hitch.

    No. You actually gain a little bit of ground clearance over the stock bumper but then the added weight will drop the front end a small amount. It weighs around 110 pounds by itself. What we tell people to do as if they have concerns get two 50 lb bags of sand, pop your hood and lay them across the radiator support because that will equal the weight of the bumper. then check your wheel center to fender measurements before and after adding that weight.

    No. No powder coat does. It's not indestructible.

    @Mobtown Offroad

    I'm 99% sure I asked this, but if I order by the end of May, when can I expect the bumper to be ready?

    And also, funny story...

    My dad bought me the 2010 Taco as a present when I got my learner's permit, brand new, back in September 2009. He wanted to go 50/50 on a new 3rd Gen specifically for the TSS, but I love my '10 too much. Instead of dropping $30K on a new truck, my dad and I are slowly but surely building the '10 into the beast it was meant to be...

    Buy the time you source a new stock bumper, paint it (if you are) and pay someone to install it you're probably more than half way there to buying the plate bumper

    So July...

    The issue here is that I'm going on a family vacation to OBX from June 17th through the 27th and I don't want the bumper to show up during that time. I am entering my Taco in the Carlisle Truck Nationals and spending the whole weekend there (August 3rd-5th). I'd want the bumper to be ready after the North Carolina trip but before Carlisle...
