Pffft, that is a smaller yard.

You know how we feel about RV'ing in this family, Nando. We love it! It is so nice to have a place of your own at the end of the day and not spend 100-150/ night or more for someone elses germs and noisy fucks running up and down the halls and slamming their doors at midnight because they didn't plan their legs properly. Also, if you rent a full featured RV with GenSet and solar, you can boondock near your scenic destinations rather than having to drive from the hotel to what you want to see and then return to hotel, or pack all of your shit before you can leave and then go sight seeing. Plus, unless you get one of those big fricking Transit style vans, you won't be able to fit all of your stuff. I vote RV just to make it more convenient. If you need to sight see by vehicle, Uber that shit from your campground or KOA. :D

    Happy Birthday @Brian007Taco !

Uggg, Monday! Who turned on Monday again?

I actually did like the pillows, but decided to hold out on those at first.

May end up ordering them though.

I need to order their new mattress cover. I have a different brand one, and its too hot. I am not letting a pet or kid damage my mattress. I would also trade in my couch for those giant bean bag chairs, so damn comfortable.

I will say, that is what I like about T&N more than any other brand, you can go in a try it out. Nice, semi-private rooms, no pushy sales people.

The first RV my parents bought was from a couple that bought and sold RVs every summer. They would buy right about this time of year, do the summer vacation with the kids and then sale it. They said even with the maintenance some needed, when they sold it, they still saved more than a) renting b) keeping and storing it year round.

That was our logic. When we priced out renting a travel trailer within 150 miles of our Utah destination this Summer, we were almost 1600.00 into one rental. We plan on doing trips like these for the next 5-6 years minimum, plus, I plan on doing a Moab trip with my bike so I would do more than 5-6 trips in the next 6 years. We were well on our way to a purchase not withstanding any hotel costs for the trips we may have avoided camping because of rental costs being more. It just made sense to buy. We're going to do a PacNW trip in the next two years and I have friends in Northern Idaho I like to visit, now I can spend 500-600 on fuel and have a place to stay with food and entertainment right behind me on trips like that.

I happen to have a Class A for sale. $18.5k obo. 99 Fleetwood Pace Arrow, single slide out. Has a Triton v10. Super clean.

Start with something simple and then learn what you like and don't, then in a few years of using it, you are ready to spend the bigger bucks on something. Something you will know a lot more about and will feel better about spending that kind of coin.

If it was mine, yes, I would rent it. It's my parents'. They live in Mexico most of the year, live on their new RV when they are in the states. They are trying to keep the miles down on this one. Their number 1 priority when they return in June is to sell it.

If you ever want to see what $18k can get you, its obo so I know they would go lower, I can show it to you. no pressure. its in a yard at 19th Ave and Dunlop.

I think we left our memory foam IKEA mattress in the garage for 24 hours before bringing it in the house when we got it.

I never was good at parallel parking. When I had my front wheel drive Honda's this is how I'd parallel park. Didn't always work the best but was fun to do.

Yeah pretty much trying to make it like a turtle back with some little changes. Keep it simple and clean.

If I do it lol. Still have to decide

That is some serious coin just to store it. Would a storage place be cheaper? Also if you had time to build a couple and sell that would probably pay your storage for a while?
