and now I can't find that long freaking thread about those headlights....

 

From someone who has seen BOTH sets of your headlights up close, I say do it

 

I know it bruh...they suckkkkkk. It's crazy how quickly my factory ones deteriorated because when I bought the truck there were 0 issues, not even the amber burnt spots.

 

100 off seems like a good reason to do it. Better to buy now than pay more later

yeah I know, just wanted to find that thread again and read more about them. they seem like they've got good reviews on the website and on TW.

 

would anybody be interested in buying my other headlights for restoration or resale or something?

stock ones just need lenses polished and replace amber lens, they are the dark chrome version.
other ones are some fairly cheap ebay ones that just have some condensation issues somebody who can tear apart the housings can probably fix.

My dad bought some $89 OEM ones from Amazon. The little clip was a PITA but otherwise they were great.

 

100$ off so $300....

the cost of headlights is nuts....I don't trust cheapo ones from Amazon/ebay anymore after the issues I've had with the ones I've got.

 

I have two sets of oem headlights just sitting around.

pretty sure my wheel bearing assembly showed up today; wife said I had something delivered and I think that's all I had out

 

According to the technician I called this morning the thermostat was malfunctioning. $218

 

Just got the email that my wet okole covers are on the way! Shoud be here Friday.
