Austin Area TW Chapter (all gens welcome, even T4Rs; heck, just make it a Toyota and we're good)

Yeah, maybe we can get like 5-10 people interested and have a hands-on detailing day. Go over the required/suggested equipment (beers are definitely required tho), technique for different areas (exterior,interior,undercarriage,engine bay,etc.), and whatever else. If anyone is interested in hosting such an event with a big driveway/cul-de-sac/yard, that would be sweet.

 

I'm in for beers, I let the skies clean my truck usually!

@Texoma I got an air compressor, you ever installed one of them in the engine bay? May have to come by the chop shop and visit sometime soon!!

Yeah I've been looking at headstrong they definitely have the best prices I will for sure be going with them.

 

................I might be able to host at my place. Would have to send one dog on a doggy play day b/c he's not the best with new people coming in his yard I could handle 5 to 6 rigs in the drive way and I have one bay in my garage that could be used to bring a rig in for paint correction / polishing etc. @ChadsPride ..... let me know the date you're thinking so I can make sure i'm not working that Saturday (Assuming we do it on a Saturday).

Ok awesome! I'll be out of town the last weekend of this month.

If anybody has a suggestion on a specific Saturday we can go from there.

@Phoosa while these guys are meeting up and cleaning their trucks, you and I, and whoever else wants to join get together and go add another layer of dirt to ours?
