Yea I think its the best way I can secure the t case skid back to the frame. The 6 self tapping screws that were holding this plate up aside from being really sketchy to begin with just didn't have enough bite on the frame. I think 6 M8 riv-nuts will do a much better job

I replaced mine with rivnuts. So far so good.
    I also have the tool.
I think I have m8 rivnuts too. And a proper size drill bit.
    You can use both.
    Edit: I mean all three

As someone who already hydrolocked one engine, yes snorkels have their purpose.

Also as someone who has dyno’d their truck with the snorkel hooked up and with the whole fucking thing disconnected from the factory air box, it was 3.7 HP difference.

No access through the frame. Not easily anyway. its not the best skid design out there

I forget who posted about this Rock Crawlers a couple of weeks ago but I ended up picking one up. Been having a blast with it just messing around my backyard.

Lol my company (not truck/Tacoma related)

They give us iPads to do our inspections/reports and a voicemail. Clients call in all day, they just get a return call from one of our customer service gals telling them they can reach us easier by email because we don’t have company phone. The world is changing, not for the better

More than likely, it's gonna be a bit before your pops will need you and before he's home. Maybe do the work thing but make plans to be closer to home for the foreseeable future after that?
