They say to sign your name to something you’re proud of.

Couldn’t order the Serial Number label from Miller, so I re-created it in Photoshop and had a decal professionally made.

Plugs, wires, and postive battery terminal. Old terminal broke off when I turned the bolt.
    Blue wires = +5 hp
The drivers side plugs looked awful and the boot on cyl 6 was loose... maybe that’s why it was running poorly...

So uh.. I decided that instead of doing the WW fluid tank. I’m gonna mount up a keg in the back. Stainless steel and holds 15 gallons. I’ll probably go with like 10 at a time so I can do a 50/50 with a 5 gallon pail of methanol at a time from
VP and pressurize it so the pump is always primed.

Damn that still seems hot, mine idles at 191 and cruising is at 186 and I am a little low on coolant.

I have access to one when I need it is extremely convenient. The high school my dad works at used to have an automotive class but once they stopped having the class there they still kept the lift so I use it

My neighbor lives in the original house that sat on the farm my neighborhood was built on and he has a 12' ceiling with the post sticking through the ceiling and into the attic. He just sits on a chair and works on his stuff. He also has a car body rotisserie in there as well. He has restored quite a few Camaros and fixed a few of our vehicles when we didn't have time to

No nothing still going good. I read some say it could be o2 sensors. Hopefully they are I have two brand new ones at home.

That’s the one thing I noticed today while using the truck at work. Idle the temps are 188/190 but highway speeds it’s staying around 195. Am I under the wrong assumption that my temps should go DOWN instead of UP at highway speeds?

Well I did the easy part...wasnt so sure about the red bordered lights but I actually really dig it.

    20180507_191201.jpg

Of course, the wiring harness for the Hellas isn't working with them and I can't figure out why...replaced the fuse, checked all the wires connections, grounds...everything looks to be in place. Only thing I can think of is the connectors on the battery are extremely dirty so maybe I need to take then off, clean them and reattach.

I had that code for like six months, and it only came on during acceleration. Turns out my MAF was all gunked up. Shot it with some CRC MAF cleaner and it never popped up again.

Red on red looks nice, I’m trying to decide if I wanna put a lightbro across my roof or not... my pods are nice and probably enough but maybe there’s something better.

Or just wait till I get a bumper and put something on it.

Yeah way back when I first got my truck I wanted a lightbro on the roof but I'm glad I didn't do it lol...but I do think they look good on a plate bumper. I plan on adding a small one to my bumper when I finally get one someday for extra light lower down. Need to get some ditch pods as well.

My temp goes up at idle, down at highway speeds. When the stealership put it in jiggle valve at 12:00 it ran 198-200, peaked at 204. When I moved it to 6:00 it runs at 186-188, peaks at 193 at idle after running.

What could be the cause of mine going down at idle and up at highway speeds? jiggle valve is at 6 o’clock...could a little air still trapped in the system be the cause? Damn it, I thought I had my temperature issues solved.

I had one at one point, I’m pretty sure I paid more for the wiring harness than I did the bar, my pods are much brighter.

Still might get a bar across the top or wait and see if other plans happen.

Too early to tell really. Only street miles on them. Hope to fix that soon.

I will say they ride stiffer. Because 'E's. Lowering the air pressure helped with that a bit, but then started taking an MPG hit. So...:notsure:
