Sounds about right. Still waiting to pull the trigger on the lift so I'll revisit this when that happens.

Morning all. I just emailed my dealer to see about canceling my 2 door JL build . It has been 18 weeks as of yesterday with no real movement. The 2 doors have been just delayed and pushed back for the 4 door production as well as the JK, yup they were still making JK's till 4/26 I think it was. I also have been teaching out to all of the FCA and Jeep representatives I can, most are useless and just give canned answers while others just dont respond:angrygirl:. The dealer is supposed to try and get me some "good" info on what I can expect from this point on if I stay with the order. Sorry for the rant.

Damn, that sucks. I did see a big thing about the last 4 door JK rolling off the assembly and it was around the 4/26 you said. Have they even started production on the 2 door JLs?

Yes but very limited as of April 9th, supposedly they were doing less than 100 a week. There has also been huge transportation issues with the carriers and rail lines. Just an all around shit roll out by FCA. Complete failure

I understand your frustration, but what will cancelling (or threatening to cancel) your order accomplish?

I was at about $95 for 100 mb and cable tv through Spectrum for the first year. At that point I would have only saved $5 by dropping them. But, the price jumped to about $120, so I save $30 a month now.

Honestly, I dont know but it isn't a threat. I still have my 15 Sahara with less than 58k on it, so I dont need it or the bs that is coming with it. I keep holding on cause "I have waited this long, what if it happens this week". I just need some kind of real time table to make a decision

    Morning all! Happy Tuesday.
Wrangled the boat out of its winter parking spot this weekend. Ended up having to haul the trailer out on boards, so I had to stop every 6 feet and put a board in front of each wheel

Dismantled, cleaned, and repacked the wheel bearings, flushed the motor out and fired it up. Had to replace the bearing buddies; the PO had used some no-name polymer units that were all full of cracks, so when I popped the hubs apart I found a bunch of gray grease. New ones are stainless steel, so they should be good forever now. Had to fix some wiring that got squirrel- or mouse-chewed on the trailer over the winter, too. Got it registered last night after work, so once I pick up a drop hitch (the hitch on this truck sits a bit taller) she'll be ready to go for the season! :woot:

What is the hatch in the foredeck for? Never seen a design quite like that.

    Hey same sh*t man
I had to extend the wire plug for the horse trailer, as the new truck is taller and the plug was a little short .
    Good to go !

1966! Made right up the road in Madison; Corsons are everywhere in this area, and there's none at all outside of New England, it seems like. But around here, if we pick a random lake on a random day there's probably another Corson on it. I think we only went out twice last year without seeing another one.

I use it for access to the anchor, if I hook it to the bow. That's the only thing I can figure it was designed for. Handy if we've got three people fishing, too, since the floor underneath the hatch is flat. :notsure:

Oh, I also use it if we beach for lunch, so I can hop ashore without getting my toesies wet.
