Are the double cab and extra-cab, front part of the cap different. I think @EatSleepTacos has a different shape on his not sure maybe it's the reg. cab that's different. Would you be willing to sell?

AC and DC are the same. RC is different. I have a RC cap on my truck which is why it’s a little more vertical.

Regular cab shells are different. Double cab and access cab are the same. The reg cab shells will fit, but the angle of the rear of the reg cab window is more vertical, where ours have some angke.

I knew that one of the caps you had was different on the truck couldn't remember if it was the one I have now or the new one.

Ok well if it comes down to selling I want first on the list I really want a Z-series but don't want to spend the $$$$$ on a new one. The window you replaced how hard would it be to redo that with an original glass one? I assume it doesn't have the opening part anymore since it's Lexan.

Stupid question here. I had a CB in an old truck, not handheld. I have a handheld now. As I am getting older and venture out by myself quite often, what are thoughts on getting a HAM license to run a handheld in the truck, and what are the options on an external antenna since I do run in wooded areas some?
Just if anyone has any experience here..know it’s only about $15 for the test and license..

Do it. I am going to get one as well as run a CB. Both are on my list of mods/stuff needed to get.

Cool! I was just exploring the idea. The spot/garmin satellite requires a service fee like cellular.
I say I am not going all in with a home base and all that, just as a backup to the cb is all I am looking for..

Yep, I wanted more room after our boy was born.

The shell is a Leer 100R with front slider, carpet liner and pet screens. Check out the build thread for a bunch of pictures of it.

I am very motivated to sell it because it is sitting on the rails of my boat... cant go out on the water until I sell it
