That's where us Southies will meet. I will be there. Id like a list of those who will meet us there so I know who to wait for. I'm talking about the guys up north if they wanted to convoy with us, if not we'll just head straight there.

Left Hand is close to Boulder so lets just plan to hit up that trail first thing in the morning (since a decision hasn't been made 6 days before the trail ride). If we decide its lame or too short then we can head to another spot. That is my vote atleast.
Like lotsoftoys said, it will be fun either way because of the amount of nice tacomas on the trail. Lefthand does have a section called Carnage Canyon (if its open) that I hear can be pretty gnarly. Those that want to can venture that way. *Edit: I just found out that Carnage Canyon is permanently closed*

Here is a video of the Carnage Trail: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K8b6H0jT6ms
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OsRXU4bJdtE&feature=related

Im not sure If I want to hit up the Carnage trail myself but willing to watch and spot those that are. *Edit: I just found out that Carnage Canyon is permanently closed. Anyone know why?*

I would like to be part of the convoy, it's just a matter of where are we meeting up north?

I was thinking that we meet up at some quick breakfast place like a bagel place or McDonalds and convoy from there. Maybe meet up around 9 and hit the road at 9:30 for the trail.

BTW if us up North people still need a meeting place theres a place off of hwy 36 and pecos called Buckin' Harleys bar. I figured thats not to far from I-25 and Hwy 36 junction. Just an idea guys

I've been looking at a map, so how about the north guys meet up at the westwood college (next door to go chevrolet). It's right at I25 and hwy 36. That parking lot should be pretty empty on the weekend. Then the south guys can meet us there as well.

I work near I25 and Hwy 36 (know the location well). I think you should all meet at the old Mountain States Toyota Location (next to the chevrolet). It is an empty lot since they moved down the street. It is at the Junction of I25 and 36 off of the Broadway exit. From the north take the exit for 36 and you will end up at a light at Broadway. Turn right at Broadway and take your next two first rights.

Those that are heading from the south will not be able to make the Broadway exit at the hwy 36 ramp. You will need to get off at 70th ave (same exit as Hwy 76 but stay left) and turn left. Then turn right at Broadway (the new Mountain States Toyota is straight ahead on 70th ave). Stay straight on Broadway until you pass under hwy 36. Then make the first two rights.

For us metro northerners, is the meeting place now the old Mountain States Toyota? I guess that would be a better place to meet than the place that was earlier in the thread talked about; Graystone Castle off of 120th Ave and I-25. Everyone up north, meet at the old Mountain States Toyota at 8am? Then wait for the southern tacos to meet us there?
