So my local Toyota dealer has a bunch of lifted decked out showroom cars and trucks. I asked who did the work and they hooked me up with their guy.

Long story short, he works on a lot of Tacoma’s and had some old black flares off an OFFROAD he had worked on. So he let me buy them. Same with my front brush guard

This is on my 2019 task list. Sell my cat back TRD exhaust and buy a new 2019 TRD exhaust with the factory black tip. Only thing I want off the 2019 PRO.

Hard to tell if you've got room, but just about where the left beige c-clamp is in your photo is a nice place to go through the liner and into the blank space that is above the storage cubbies in the bed side. Would be easy enough to run under the bed after that. I ran my bed LEDs that way and just took my time in what I attached them to. I ran mine up into the cab, but the engine would be the same.

I'm not a fan of where I put it really. The radio was too large to slip in between drivers seat and console so I just put it on the drivers side of the console, there is an odd bulge to the hump on drivers side too which complicated the angle it sits. I may relocate it to pax side.

Cant tell what winch you have but looks like synthetic cable. I want to do the Factor55 flatlink but my winch line is looped and woven through the hook. Was yours? How did you get the hook off?

Hey Harvo, mine is a Warn synthetic line winch that comes with pin hooks so you can replace them easily and Smitybilt winches come with closed hooks, you will need a grinder to cut yours just like the video below:
Factor 55 ProLink Loaded Install by CBI Offroad Fab The best and only way to use your winch that is safe and stronger than the conventional winch hook. Take a look at the ProLink Loaded as installed by CBI Off...

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=82&v=V0GR4ihNLsw

Now, you probably would say that the winch in the video is a Warn, true but that is an old Warn winch with aftermarket synthetic line and not a Warn branded. hope this help!

Over the weekend removed the Factory Bulkhead cap under the rear window, and replaced it with the Track rail from my ‘14. Also added a screw in funnel for oil changes made by Motiv X Tools to the tool collection.
