for the highs, i didn't touch em, the whole matching thing doesn't really bother me as I don't have to stare down the barrel of that gun. and the little time i now have to use my highs with the HIDs is rare, not worth another $100+

    These arrive today. Totally stoked!

Next questions is... to harness or not to harness. Pro's and Con's of each?

The Relay Harnesses are really just there to give you the option of drawing power right from the battery. You'll always have that 12V signal you need, but they make the installation a bit more complicated as you have to run the wiring to the battery and find somewhere to ground them. For what it's worth, I usually recommend leaving them out when they are optional. Makes things much simpler.

Harness - Our ballasts are low draw, so you can safely power them directly from the OEM headlight wiring as long as the OE wiring is able to supply the ballasts a stable 12V. There is no downside to installing the relay harness that comes with our HID kit, as it will simply ensure that the ballasts always receive a stable 12V given that power is being drawn directly from the battery. All the connections are sealed so you don't need to worry about moisture, water, etc...

    Hope this helps,

    Steve

Sure! Please email us and we'll be happy to send one over. All you need to do is literally pull out the harness, and plug the connector that plugged into the relay harness directly into the ballast.

My workshop is in Littleton at Santa Fe & Belleview - my truck is always parked out front (shouldn't be able to miss it) - stop by sometime - I want to see your drawers in person.

Anyone have the instructions on, if not using the harness?

I am thinking of ordering it for a non Toyota and want to see instructions (to see if I can do it), before ordering it
