A 2 horse? What is that on?

 

We have it for our 12' Starcraft aluminum row boat along with a MinKota trolling motor

 

This, was given to me by my grandfather when I was young

 

Yeah, I'm going to keep looking and put it off as long as I can in hopes of a good craigslist find.

I knew Tohatsu made the merc, I didn't know they did the evinrude too. My aunt has a 12-13 foot aluminum boat with a 10hp tohatsu that pushes it pretty well. Cousin said they had 5 guys and beer in it and it pushed it...the boat was about to sink from the wieght though

 

Figured it must be something light

 

Yea and it just gets used to fish with so we don't need a big motor or something that will be pretty loud

 

My dad has something similar, a 14 foot aluminum boat from the 60's with a 5 horse. He can get places with it that I can't go with mine, like small lakes that don't have boat ramps.
On the other hand, I can get to the other side of the lakes that do have boat ramps a lot faster.

 

Lol! The most common place we go is the Ware River above the dam, its pretty slow moving water and has a boat ramp so it is nice for that spot

 

Anyone local to me have rear shocks for a Taco??? <<< I have to ask that way because F150 shocks won't do me any good!

 

I have my stock ones.

 

I wish our rear shocks mounted like the F-150s...

 

What's ya doing with them?

 

I was waiting to see how much dust they'll collect before I throw them away, but if you need 'em you can have them. I'll toss them in the truck tonight and I can drop them at your place after work tomorrow.

 

@BadDNA you're the one that uses the tpms quickset tool correct? Does it really matter what sensor is at what corner when programmed?

I am, and it doesn't unless you have a vehicle that knows which position they're in.

 

perfect! I didn't think it mattered so I am glad it doesn't I'll program the new ones in tonight hopefully and see if i can't get my guy to mount/balance soon

 

I might have found an awesome/horrible mod to do to my truck through some casual googling for auxiliary reverse lights for plow season...



Awesome because I don't have tow hooks anyway because the plow frame occupies the mounting location (and this would fill that empty space nicely), and horrible because light bars are such a 'bro' accessory now. It'd be damn useful for driving unlit back roads during 'wildlife' season, though.
