    If he modified the product, then wouldn’t that void the warranty and allow the seller to have a valid reason to debate it with PayPal? I mean coating it throws the tolerance off...this isn’t like putting pvc tread tape on a plastic fitting where the tape can conform. I’m on the sellers side as most have mentioned.

    Vendor cleared all of this. Read the damn screen shots. It's blatantly in there how he said he forgot to send install instructions, which would have prevented this.
