Ok, so you are not as young as I thought. I was not out of high school until 1980. I just like whatever is gonna get me back. Nothing more, nothing less. Plus I am more a marathon kinda guy now, not a sprinter like you. I could easily break a hip falling outta my chair, imagine me on something that gets airborne!!!!! :bikewhoops:

Yea, see, I at least need a kick stand! JK, I have seen lots of pics of your bike and I like it a lot. I am glad you get to enjoy it as much as you'd like. That's really the best part. Just looking at them really sux! :anonymous:

I almost bought this 690 Enduro but I decided on the SxS instead. I still want a Enduro tho. I miss my old 1981 XL500 enduro. It looked just like the one in the movie First Blood.

A buddy of mine in WV that has a vacation home down the road from me just picked this up for cheap. He's a Air Force pilot so he has some toys up there. And he offroads his 200 series pearl white Landcruiser, he beats on that $70k dollar truck!

Amazed that new motocross bikes are around 10k. Give me a 2 stroke engine anytime. Maybe not best for racing but tons of fun.

I would if I had them , if your boots haven’t split yet just do the boot stretch mod .cut small clamps off stretch boot use appropriate hose clamps to secure ..also diff drop does help on our vehicles.. I replaced both axles last April and have been to Rausch ,Flagpole and other places and my boots are still good

I prefer ripping around on my Suzuki Quadrunner 160 aka the Old PZ (Puke Zuke). She's ugly but is mechanically mintttttt

I loved my 2 stroke 500's. Sadly i sold the last one a couple years ago to help fund my new garage.

Not yet , part of the reason they rip is age ,grease on the inside keeps the rubber good outside deals with the harsh environment and dry rots like a tire ..I plan on doing this summer though
